Full bio (for show notes)

Christina Haxton works with CEOs and leadership teams of established, fast-growth companies carrying more complexity than their systems can support. Most leaders she meets are smart and committed—the challenge isn’t effort. It’s execution drag: unclear priorities, decision bottlenecks, misalignment, and conversations teams avoid but urgently need.

Her work began long before authenticity became a leadership buzzword. With a background in marriage and family therapy, Christina studied how people change and grow—through conversations and relationships. She brought those principles into the workplace and began helping business owners and leaders communicate with clarity, strength, and genuine care. The impact was immediate: better teams, healthier cultures, stronger performance.

As she expanded into strategic planning and facilitation, she noticed a second pattern: strategy often failed not because leaders lacked vision, but because execution broke down in human systems. The gap between leadership intent and day-to-day reality created friction—especially as organizations scaled. That insight led her to develop an inclusive approach to strategy and execution that preserved clarity at the top while activating ownership throughout the organization—without turning “accountability” into a bigger hammer.

Today, Christina works directly with leadership teams to apply these principles in real time. Her focus is team alignment—helping executives think together, communicate clearly, and execute strategy without friction. Her work sits at the intersection of psychology, strategy, and execution: aligning how people think, relate, and decide so growth becomes lighter, faster, and more durable.

Because sustainable growth isn’t built on pressure. It’s built on conversations that create ownership.
